You will receive an email of confirmation, expected timeline and once your artwork is ready to collect or post
We endevour to have all pet portraits complete within 2 weeks plus postage time, however if we suspect a delay, we will be in touch.
Christmas cut off is November 15th unless stated otherwise
Please note there are no refunds as this is a custom painting created for you
