By.Jasmine does not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect details or errors when ordering.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of the flowers. Each individual flower will vary, along with the conditions they are kept in.

If there is an issue, You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival and if the order is not correct or there is an issue with the quality, then you must email us at hello@byjasmine.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of your order with your order number and photos of your order. We will review your email to determine if a refund is required. By.Jasmine is not required to provide a refund where an alternative option is available, or if it all.

Deliveries are contactless. We will place in a safe location, knock and leave. You will receive a confirmation of successful delivery.

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) sets out a national framework for consumer protection. Under the ACL, a manufacturer is responsible for goods with a safety defect, instructions are unclear or not provided, faulty product, etc. If there is any issue with the additional optional extras, please email us at hello@byjasmine.com.au immediately and we will contact our manufacturer directly to resolve an issue. Results may vary and can be at the discretion of supplier or manufacturer. Any variation in usage from manufacturer’s instructions void warranty and manufacturer and supplier are not at fault.

Our Contract

All order requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by By.Jasmine, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.

Delivery Dates

As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to select the date for the delivery of your order. We will make every effort to satisfy your selection, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to Your Order

If you wish to alter your order or subscription, please do so by contacting Customer Care at hello@byjasmine.com.au We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) where we receive not less than 36 hours notice.

Your Cancellation Rights

You can cancel single orders by giving us not less than 36 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. Refund Policy

By.Jasmine goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Flowers sold online are perishable and a flower's life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, resulting in varied life spans for different flowers.

Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.byjasmine.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

 You can generally expect your flowers to last 2-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible: 

1. Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.

2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water

3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days

4. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight

5. Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 24 hours let us know within this time by email at hello@byjasmine.com.au . By.Jasmine Floristry reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Poho Flowers requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our Team within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable. 

Any refunds will be processed on via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

We are to answer any of your concerns or questions regarding the care of your flowers.

Returns and Exchanges of Hard Goods

If your would like to return or change a hard good product, please email hello@byjasmine.com.au with the details of your purchase. Once processed a credit/exchange will be issued depending on the product.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
