A delivery window the night prior will be provided. Delivery between 10am-2pm, this is subject to change at discretion of By.Jasmine.
Please note any special delivery instructions, eg use side gate, place in the box on the table etc.

Deliveries are contactless. We will place in a safe location, knock and leave. You will receive a confirmation of successful delivery.

Results may vary and can be at the discretion of supplier or manufacturer. Any variation in usage from manufacturer’s instructions void warranty and manufacturer and supplier are not at fault.

By.Jasmine does not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect details or errors when ordering.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of the flowers. Each individual flower will vary, along with the conditions they are kept in.
If there is an issue, You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival and if the order is not correct or there is an issue with the quality, then you must email us at hello@byjasmine.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of your order with your order number and photos of your order. We will review your email to determine if a refund is required. By.Jasmine is not required to provide a refund where an alternative option is available, or if it all.

For non-delivery of goods, please notify us by email as soon as possible.

A flower care card is delivered alongside your flowers.
Average lifespan of a cut flower is 3 days. This will vary depending on the flower variety, when it was picked and how it was cared for, including after delivery. Once delivered, By.Jasmine is not responsible for the flowers.

General care instructions:
Unwrap bouquet. The paper is recyclable & the water bag is compostable!

Give the stems a fresh cut. On an angle.

Place in a clean vase with about 10cm depth of water

Refresh the water & cut stems every second day

Keep out of direct sunlight, aircon flow & away from fruit
