Made to order, custom made and commission orders/products cannot be refunded or returned. These items are non-refundable.

Commission pieces and original artworks are non refundable. If a print or painting arrives damaged, please take a photo and immediately contact By.Jasmine so she can arrange repair, replacement or refund.

To the extent applicable by Australian Consumer Law, we do not warrant that the products description, colours, size or other information available or displayed on the website are completely accurate or reliable. We endevour to be as accurate as possible

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) sets out a national framework for consumer protection. Under the ACL, a manufacturer is responsible for goods with a safety defect, instructions are unclear or not provided, faulty product, etc. If there is any issue with the additional optional extras, please email us at hello@byjasmine.com.au immediately and we will contact our manufacturer directly to resolve an issue. Results may vary and can be at the discretion of supplier or manufacturer. Any variation in usage from manufacturer’s instructions void warranty and manufacturer and supplier are not at fault.
